The living room has a four seater and a three seater sofa for guests to relax on and a log burner for those cooler evenings.  In addition there is a SMART TV, numerous DVD's, bluetooth speaker set and a number of toys and games. 

The kitchen is fully equiped with all plates and cutlery, alongside fridge/freezer, single oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  

There is also a large dining table with chairs  for meal times.

Our bathroom is newly refurbished with a large shower, bath and basin.  There is also a downstairs w/c.

Woodpecker Barn has its own private garden with 180 degree views of Devon's rolling hills.  Perfect for those summer BBQ evenings.  BBQ and utensils provided.
